Fabulous Customer service. Helped us out without delay. We had a problem with our caravan fridge running on gas days prior to us going OS. Adam was great, communication was fantastic. Arranged for Daniel, technician to come the following day. Solved fridge problem and tuned up our gas stove.

Thank you Anthony for fixing up our van “gas problem”. Anthony replaced a faulty gas regulator, checked for leaks and issued a new gas cert. He is professional, friendly, quick and explained things so we understood. Price was great also. I highly recommend this business

What great service! Had trouble with our caravan gas system and sent an online message to these guys. Adam called me within a couple of hours and spoke to me in length as to what the issue might be. He got back to me the next day and advised me that someone would be out the next morning. Jacquie (sorry if spelt wrong) and Jess arrived a bit early (very rare thing these days) and very quickly found the problem and fixed what needed to be done. After testing everything including the safety shut offs on all appliances they then also gave me a bit of educating re how the gas system worked and what to look for to ensure everything was always working safely. Right up there with the best service I have ever experienced and great value for money. Very very happy campers!

Adam, the Caravan Gas Man is exceptional – not only his extensive knowledge, but also his willingness to share information – at no extra cost! He has conducted several inspections for us over the years and given us good advice about the best way of doing what was necessary to have a safe and efficient gas supply in the camping vehicles we’ve had. He also provides related services. It is always a pleasure to seek out his services. We just find it hard to understand how he can respond so quickly when others can’t find the time “… til sometime next week”!

We needed a gas repair, and a gas safety certificate for a caravan. We had another company perform some work the day before, and give us the gas safety certificate. But….. yes there is a “but”, they left us with the hot water system not working at all, in fact they decommissioned the hot water system disconnecting the gas piping to the unit, all because the some valve was leaking. They also left one of the gas lines open, and said because he didn’t have the part required with him it was not worth the time to return to fix it. His solution, simply disconnected it, and he then handed us the safety certificate saying “Hot water system decommissioned” written across it, and told us to just leave it for the buyer to fix.
The next morning I made a few phone calls, and one of those phone calls had me speaking with Adam, the owner of The Caravan Gas Man. I explained the situation and let him know I felt it was our responsibility to have it fixed. Despite the fact it was school holidays he somehow managed to have his staff arrive later that same day, they fixed the hot water system, and sorted the gas safety certificate all in less than an hour. Amazing service, lovely staff, and one very appreciative customer.
Not too often you find a company that goes out of their way to help like Adam did. Thank you Adam.

I had a problem with my motorhome fridge the Adam competently diagnosed it in a very short time. He’d sourced replacement parts, pricing of said parts and lots of other helpful and worthwhile information. Thank you Adam for follow-up help when I really needed it. An awesome man to deal with.
